Services
Whatever's actually broken — not whatever we happen to sell.
Engagements are scoped to the problem in front of you. Most start in one area and touch two or three before they're done, because that's how small business problems behave.
Strategic planning
Where the business is going, and whether the current plan gets it there. Useful when growth has stalled, when the market has shifted underneath you, or when the leadership team no longer agrees on priorities.
- Direction setting and priority sequencing
- Market and competitive analysis
- 90-day and annual planning
Operational effectiveness
The systems, processes, and structures that worked at your previous size and are straining at this one. Usually where the fastest wins are.
- Process and workflow redesign
- Margin recovery and cost structure
- Capacity and resource planning
Financial management
Understanding what the numbers are actually telling you, and building the reporting that lets you see problems before they arrive.
- Reporting, forecasting, and cash management
- Pricing and unit economics
- Fundraising preparation and investor readiness
Business development
Building a repeatable way to win work, rather than one that depends entirely on the owner's calendar and relationships.
- Go-to-market and channel strategy
- Partnerships and strategic relationships
- Sales process and pipeline discipline
Organization & leadership
Getting the right people into the right roles with the right accountability — and getting the owner out of decisions that shouldn't reach them.
- Org design and role clarity
- Hiring plans and leadership development
- Succession and owner-dependency reduction
Technology & AI adoption
Where AI and automation genuinely help a business your size, where they're a distraction, and how to find out without betting the year on it. Practical, not theoretical.
- Opportunity assessment and prioritization
- Pilot design and vendor evaluation
- Data readiness and governance basics
Transactions & transitions
Buying, selling, integrating, or preparing to. Having sat on both sides of a transaction, we know how differently it looks from each chair.
- Exit readiness and valuation preparation
- Due diligence support
- Post-acquisition integration
Why the range
The problem is rarely where it first appears.
Small business problems don't respect the boundaries of a service menu. Scope follows the problem — and when it moves, the engagement moves with it, openly and by agreement.
How pricing works
Scoped before anything starts.
Every engagement is priced to fit its shape — a fixed fee where the work is well defined, hourly or a retainer where it isn't. Whatever the structure, you'll know it and agree to it before work begins.
Not sure which one
That's normal. Most owners don't arrive with a diagnosis.
Start with a free 30-minute call. If it's not clear where the problem sits, the roadmap step exists precisely to find out.
